Slap Chop

“You’re gonna love my nuts” wow! I love infomercials and some of the things they say in these commercials!

You would have to be living under a rock not to have seen a “Slap Chop” commercial. It kills me that some people have never seen similar products to this before.

This type of product has had many different names over the years. I do have to say that these folks have
done a good job when it comes to refining the products design.

One of the main flaws with these types of choppers was that the blade would sit to far away from the outer
clear plastic ring. The end result would be that you would get some nicely chopped “insert food here” and
the rest of it would get stuck in the gap between the ring and the blades resulting in a pile of mangled or unchopped crap.
This product has made huge improvements fixing that particular problem. The product was fun and easy to use even my
little nephew went to town beating up nuts and garlic that we were chopping for dinner.

Another huge improvement was the way this thing opens up to make cleaning a breeze. In some of the similar products
I’ve used the clean up was dreadful. You would get crap and food particles up above the blade assembly which made
cleaning it without beating your hands up practically impossible. On the “Slap Chop” you just flip it over
and pop the ring and the sides hinge open truly a beautiful improvement!
